How do I sign in?

You can sign in with a phone number (we send a one-time code) or with email. Most diaspora customers prefer phone because it travels well across countries. You can have both on one account.

How do I change my address or phone number?

Go to /account and edit personal details. You can keep multiple delivery addresses (home, parents, office) and switch at checkout.

How do I change the app language?

Open /account/language. We support English, Igbo, Yoruba, Hausa, Twi, Turkish, Polish, Somali, and Arabic. The agent reads and replies in the language you pick.

How do I close my account?

Open /account/security and tap "Close account". We soft-delete first and keep your data for 30 days in case you change your mind. After 30 days everything is permanently removed, except records we are legally required to keep (such as tax records on past orders).

Can I download my data?

Yes. Email hello@ghochen.com from the address on your account and we will send a JSON export of your orders, addresses, messages, and preferences within 30 days, per UK GDPR.
