Pick the channel that fits the question.
Use the in-app chat for anything to do with a live order: tracking, missing items, refunds, dietary checks. Email us for account changes, billing queries, partnership enquiries, or press. WhatsApp us if you would rather send a voice note than type, or if the app is not handy. All three reach the same support team.
Response times
We respond within 1 working hour during 8am to 10pm UK time. Outside those hours we still read everything that comes in, and the chat agent can handle most order issues straight away.
